Dreams FC’s first round feat in the GN Bank Division One League came at an enormous cost with injuries to as many as SEVEN first team players.
Stylish midfielder Emmanuel Hayford was the first in-season casualty after sustaining a thigh injury in the build up to the Week 8 fixture against Vision FC. He has since not returned.
Ben Nash Quansah and Emmanuel Eli Keke followed with a knee and an ankle problem respectively.
Injuries to these three key players add up to the likes of Charles Osei Lucio, Kingsley Yeboah, Abdul Mugeese Zakaria and Samuel Nii Armah Ashitey who are yet to feature after sustaining various degree of injuries during pre-season.
The medical tem of Dreams FC however did well to return players such as Mozart Adjetey, George Dwubeng, Emmanuel Lomotey, Montari Kamhini and Eric Gawu to full fitness to help the side’s push for a quick return to the Premier League.
