Newcastle United have agreed to sign Ghana winger Christian Atsu  for an amount of £6.2 million buyout from Champions Chelsea

The Upon Tyne side had an option to sign Atsu and they have made use of that following his stellar performance in his loan deal.

According to reports from Newcastle, Atsu has already agreed personal terms with the Magpies and is now set to sign a four-year deal.

He netted five goals in 35 appearances as Newcastle won the Championship a week ago.
