Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom netted a brace for Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday evening as they went away to demolish FK Cukaricki by four goals to one in the Semi finals of the Serbian Cup.
The in form striker was as deadly as ever at the Cukaricki Stadium as he netted twice to edge his side closer to the finals.
Boakye netted his side’s second goal in the 19th minute after a fantastic build up before completing his double six minutes before recess.
The former Genoa and Sassuolo forward has now netted nine goals in 12 appearances for Red Star Belgrade in all competitions since his winter move from Italian Serie B side Latina.
Fellow Ghanaian Abraham Akwasi Frimpong was also a pillar at the back for Red Star whilst Obeng Regan pulled the strings in the middle for the former Serbian Cup winners.
