Sportswear giants NIKE have fulfilled the first part of a three year commitment to Dreams Football Club, footballmadeinghana.com can confirm.
Apart from supplying the club’s official strips for the 2016/17 league season, Dreams FC have also taken stock of other sporting equipments from the multinational firm including training kits and footballs.
The gesture is confirmation of the firm’s pledge to support the growth of the sport in Africa and hence the decision to partner Dreams FC, a club known for its undiluted devotion and passion to nurture young talents into household names.
It can be recalled that the club during its debut campaign in the top flight enjoyed a temporal but successful partnership with Nike as it used products from the firm throughout the entire season.
Meanwhile several products of the club have over the years benefited from endorsement deals from clothing company, a mark of the good union enjoyed by both parties.
Notable among the players on these deals are Baba Abdul Rahman of Schalke 04 (On loan from Chelsea), John Antwi (Al Ahly), Benjamin Tetteh(Standard Leige), and Anderlecht rising star Emmanuel Adjei Sowah.
